Summary05586: cannot login with clean install on postgresql 9.x
Description

after a clean install on fedora 16 (apache 2.2.24, php 5.3, postgresql 9.1 on x86_64) the system wont allow you to login, even though users table looks ok.

The same system seems to work ok if I connect to a windows postgresql server (ver 9.0)

Execute the following command on your LimeSUrvey database after installation:

ALTER DATABASE your_database_name SET bytea_output='escape';

CHeck if you can login after that.
