Summary05532: Problem with encoding Polish character "ą"
Description

After upgrading to 11232 the letter "ą" in Polish is not displayed properly. It is displayed properly on survey pages, on "editsurveylocalesettings" and CKEditor... but on /admin/admin.php?sid=XXXX in welcome message section it is not displayed correctly eg. "metod�" instead of "metodą". The lette "ą" is also "eated" with the next letter or space standing after it in results of previously done surveys downloaded to SPSS and Excel. The letter ą is not visible on results page either.

Downgrading to 11110 makes everything working fine (ą=ą).

The problem was noticed by two users on servers working under Linux with MySQL 5.1.44 / PHP 5.3.6 and under Win2003, Apache/2.2.11 (Win32) PHP/5.2.9-2 and mysql 5.0.51a.

The problem occurs the second time. The first problem of that type was noticed after one of summer upgrades, but next upgrade corrected it.

I have the same issue (build 11232).
PS. barbapapa could you share this correct build? I will try to find the cause of the error comparing this two versions.

11110 is OK. This is not the lastest correct build, but I can't remember the build number before the lastest comfort update. It was something like 11139, but I'm not sure...

Tomi, the previous one worked correct. I don't remember what number it was but I checked new builds very often last weeks. I suppose the number given by sp00ky is the earlier one.

I used ComfortUpdate, I don't have the package. If there is any update history registered in server files I can check.
