Summary05491: SMTP error messages though emails are sent fine
Description

When enabling admin email notifications and setting global settings -> email -> "SMTP debug mode" to "on errors only" I get the following messages at the end of the survey:
SMTP -> get_lines(): $data was ""
SMTP -> get_lines(): $str is "221 smtp01.web.de closing connection "
SMTP -> get_lines(): $data is "221 smtp01.web.de closing connection "
SMTP -> FROM SERVER:221 smtp01.web.de closing connection
SMTP -> get_lines(): $data was ""
SMTP -> get_lines(): $str is "221 smtp05.web.de closing connection "
SMTP -> get_lines(): $data is "221 smtp05.web.de closing connection "
SMTP -> FROM SERVER:221 smtp05.web.de closing connection

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Set email method at global settings to SMTP and enter valid SMTP connection data.
  2. Set SMTP error reporting to "on errors only"
  3. Use a test survey with activated admin notification email
  4. Answer the survey questions
