Summary05399: Cannot add conditions after certain point in the survey
Description

I am unable to add conditions to any question after question 9.1. Up until this point, there are no errors with question conditions. I can copy conditions from a previous condition to questions after 9.1 (e.g. 9.2), but predefined answer options are not shown, and conditions added using the "constant" option do not show up after adding them.

Steps To Reproduce

Try to add a condition to question 9.2, 10.1, or any other question after 9.1.

Additional Information

I have checked question 9.1 and even rebuilt the section manually, but the problem persists. Others have apparently had this issue as well, and the issue has in some cases been as a result of invisible characters. I have checked to make sure that there are no invisible characters in question 9.1 or 9.2, so it does not seem that this would be the cause of the problem.

The problem seems to be caused by something in section 9, since if I move section 9 to the end of the survey, sections that are now before it do not have the missing predefined answer problem.

Adding more questions to earlier sections in the survey seems to create the conditionality problem for questions that didn't have the problem before. It seems that the conditions stop working after a certain number of questions. Is there some maximum number of questions with conditions that I'm unaware of?
