Summary05389: v character not displayed after update to build 10647
Description

Hi,

after updating to b10647, v character on text fields of a survey is not displayed on web survey redering, but if I edit the filed (happens on any text field of survey charactization, haven't tried on questions) I can see the character.

If I change it to uppercase V, character is displayed correctly.

I attach a survey with the problem, nothing strange inside.

this is one of the fields with problems:
<surveyls_title><![CDATA[Sobre el Servicio de Soporte a Centros]]></surveyls_title>

rendered as:
Título: Sobre el Sericio de Soporte a Centros (ID 75479)

I can only guess that this is a server or PHP issue. You should try updating to the latest PHP version first.

Ok, it was a bug affecting only certain PHP version. Fixed, please update.
