Summary05284: Token fields doesn't work in admin email notification.
Description

While adding Name from token table in CKEditor it adds

{FIRSTNAME} instead of {TOKEN:FIRSTNAME}

Result (eg.):
Respone from: {FIRSTNAME} {LASTNAME}
instead of:
Respone from: John Smith

This same with email and surename.
Survey is not anonymous.

Although word TOKEN: isn't used LS replaced fields are working correctly when e-mail is sent.

Yep, I can reproduce the problem. Actually both version should work because '{FIRSTNAME}' addresses the email receiver while {TOKEN:FIRSTNAME} targets the Token information.
