Summary	05247: Issues with uploading from the new CK editor
Description	when you try to insert an image in the new editor, the first tab allows you to browse the server. This results in an error trying to create the upload dir: /admin/scripts/kcfinder/upload This probably needs to be changed to point to the upload dir, or it needs to be inserted in the package so the directory is created on install. when you try to upload a file in the third tab, after doing so i get an error: /admin/scripts/ckeditor.36//kcfinder/upload.php not found. This can be fixed by applying the right path in /admin/scripts/ckeditor.36/limesurvey-config.js
