This problem appeared after upgrade of limesurvey

I seemed to have solved the problem (i hope!!!)

Done some investigation and realized that something must have gone wrong on the database update during last version upgrade.

Just runned the following sql command and it worked fine:
ALTER TABLE lime_surveys ADD savetimings CHAR(1) NULL default 'N' AFTER format
