Summary05169: Excel exports fail if special characters are present in survey's title
Description

If the survey that you want to export to Excel document contains in its title special characters (* : / \ ? [ ]) the exported document is corrupted (see attached file).

Steps To Reproduce

Create a survey with '/' in its title, activate it, fill it with some answers. Then try to export to excel format.
