Summary04916: When restoring data from an old survey, survey timings are not restored
Description

In browse result screen you can import data from a deactivated survey, but when you do this the timings data is not restored (the good thing is, they are saved)

It seems that this kind of restoring a backup wasn't adapted by the Polish guys when introducing the timings feature.
