Summary04885: date fields are filled with '30.11.1999' in dataentry edit mode if MySQL value is 'NULL'
Description

If you want to edit an already submitted data record in dataentry mode all date fields are filled with '30.11.1999' in dataentry edit mode if MySQL value is 'NULL'. This issue makes it impossible to edit anything if empty date entries are involved. For projects where edits in retrospect are essential and date entries are involved, unfortunately, limesurvey is unsuitable at this time...

Steps To Reproduce

Just create a new survey with date question which is not mandatory. Then submit the form (leave the date empty). Go to dataentry and try to edit the data record.
