Summary04754: A survey admin (non Super admin) can not save changes he made to a questionnaire
Description

HI!

I use LS not only for online surveys but also for digitization of mystery shopping results. in such a case, my local (regional) admin needs to be able to check the input by the shopper and make changes, if somebody clicked on the wrong button or contradicted a prior answer. my regional admins have survey rights (browse & export), but are not super admins. with my release currently being Version 1.90+ Build 9290, these rights do not allow them to "save" the changes they made to a certain questionnaire in the edit mode. also, all questionnaires are set to "non complete" as soon as one opens the edit window, although they are in fact completed records.

HELP!!!

Steps To Reproduce

1) create a survey
2) create a user
3) give the user only survey rights (browse & export)
4) enter a questionnaire
5) log out
6) log in with the just created user
7) open the survey
8) browse the results
9) click on one questionnaire to edit (the crayon)
10) make a change
11) TRY to save the changes you made

Additional Information

when being logged in as a super admin, or creator of a survey, i do not have this problem. also, the button at the end of the change record page displays not "save" but "update entry".

I just updated to Version 1.90+ Build 9487 and the issue can still be reproduced.

Sorry, one thing DID change!

the "completed" tag now works correctly -- but the "save" button is still grayed out and not functioning.

Actually that is not a bug but intended. Only survey owner and superadmins can edit responses. This will be generally solved in 1.91 with the new survey permission system where permissions can be set very detailed.

this is not only strange but very disturbing, as this procedure was possible in version 1.85+ (7523) without any problems!!
any idea on how i can tweek it locally or when 1.91 is scheduled?
