04682: No prefill possible with Captcha before

Description

It's not possible to prefill a question via URL when a captcha is set before survey access.

Steps To Reproduce

Use CAPTCHA for "Survey access/-----/----/" in the survey settings under Publication&Access Control Tab and try to prefill a question:

(13241) c_schmitz (administrator) 2010-10-19 10:44	I am sorry. The prefill 'feature' is still considered a workaround and is therefore unsupported per se. We will however consider to make this feature official at some time in the future.
