Summary04673: Statistics output with Array "dual scale" question is missing the subquestion text.
Description

The "compound question", i.e. the array title (e.g. "What about your internet reading resources?") is repeated on the statistics output of each subquestion, but the subquestion itself is not recalled in the output, regardless html or excel (these are tried out).

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a survey with Array dual scale question
  2. Enter several subquestions for this array
  3. Enter the subtitle for both main answer columns
  4. Run the survey with several records to being created
  5. Run statistics with summary and subtotals checked
  6. View the output
