Summary04578: Label set CSV import can't handle accented characters
Description

When importing a label set from a CSV file, non-standard ASCII characters, such as accented characters in the label title truncate the string,
e.g. "Till jul och Ny Års partyn" only loads as "Till jul och Ny " stopping at the "Å" character.

Steps To Reproduce

Import this label set into v1.90 then check German and Swedish labels:

Sorry. CSV file uploaded, with header restored. Tested that it replicates the issue.

The problem is that your file is not correctly encoded in UTF-8 but some other charset (could not find out which one).
Just make sure the .csv file is saved in UFT-8 and it will work fine.

Thanks, and sorry for the false alarm. That isn't something I've come across before.
Thought it was an unlikely bug when there are so many European users.

Fix was released in 1.90+ version.
