Summary04507: When using a custom template, registration page errors out.
Description

When using a custom template located in upload/templates/ errors occur after visiting register.php. The correct path is not set for $thistpl

Steps To Reproduce

Copy the default template. Create a new survey. Use the new template created. Enable registration for the survey. Activate, register, see error bellow.
