Summary04308: Conditions on rankings only work until ranking 9
Description

I have a ranking list with 14 items to rank. If item 1 is ranked on rank 14 another question should appear. In fact nothing happens, but when item 1 is ranked on rank 4 the question appears. This is reproducibl for all ranks >9. 10 will never work. 15 is recognised as 5, 22 as 2 etc. It looks like the first digit of the number doesn't even matter.
The ranking itself look fine, because when I rank the items from 1 to 14 and submit the form, I get the correct ranking including the last ranks >9. I think that the problem is within the condition.

Steps To Reproduce

To reproduce this bug, just create a new ranking question with 14 items to rank. Then create a second question, which should only appear if item 1 is ranked on rank 14. Test your survey and watch when the additional question appears. It will not appear when item 1 is ranked on 14 but when it is ranked on 4!

Sorry, but I can't export the survey to a file. This error occurs:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The text data type cannot be selected as DISTINCT because it is not comparable.:SELECT DISTINCT lime_question_attributes.* FROM lime_question_attributes, lime_questions WHERE lime_question_attributes.qid=lime_questions.qid AND lime_questions.sid=13554

ok, i have uploaded 3 questions. The one with the ranking, and two with conditions on the ranking one.
