Summary04203: Comfort Update looking for directories that don't exist
Description

This morning I tried running the comfort update from 1.87+ (build 8338) to build 8472. It would not let me go past the step where it said I had permissions set to read-only for files in admin\scripts\fckeditor.266 and locale\ms.

Neither of these existed in the directory at the time, and after I did a manual update, they still don't exist anywhere in the current build.

This may be similar to bug 04156.
