  1. Do you have GD library enabled at your php installation?

  2. Which PHP version do you use?

  3. Did you try to re-upload all the files in \classes\pchart? Maybe a file is corrupt?

Did you change the font-path in config.php or config-defaults.php?
Did you make sure that all files are uploaded (expecially the files in /fonts) ?

had the version 1.85 and the statistics I worked great, the upgrade from version 1.87 to plus gave me the error that appears in the first two pictures, what you change fonts in your config.php file, no how, please help me?

install a new server version and the new LimeSurvey and it works.

an update from 1.85 to 1.87, leads to problems with the statistics, since I did a clean install of the new version and no problems, but the upgrade in the new version of xampp and still the problem of not showing what I put The graphs
