Using FF 3.0.12 and the sample survey the prefix looks fine. Is this connected to the survey or rather the browser type? |

My wording was misleading. I used the 1.80 sample survey, not your one. Using yours I can reproduce the problem. I checked HTML code and there is one thing I can't find at the default template. Did you modify the template? |
