Summary03461: Unable to complete the upload of large survey file
Description

My survey has: 1094 Questions, 240 groups and 1000+ conditions.
I have successfully imported this survey on a system before but I can't do it on my organisations Limesurvey installation.
When I click 'Upload Survey', the upload begins and the server works for a few minutes. The webpage becomes all white and when I return to the Admin page, there are TWO surveys with the same name(The name of the uploaded survey).
These contain only 610-660 questions and 120-190 groups(I have repeated this many times) and no conditions(none that I can see).

Additional Information

I had been advised to increase the php_value max_executiontime on my webserver and this has had no effect(It had been increased to approximately 17 minutes) and I don't think(I have not timed it exactly) it used all the time before turning the screen white.

The succesful upload occured on a 1.85+ system(build 7162) that Marcel Minke kindly provided to me. The survey is still present and active on that system.

I was able to import the survey on my localhost machine. It took some minutes but it worked fine.

Probably your server admin still has to raise some more limits. Check max_execution_time and maybe max_input_time.

Thats not a bug. Such a big survey needs special/adjusted and not default server settings.
