Description	When there are old response table data inetgrity result throiw a DB error
Steps To Reproduce	Steps to reproduce Create a survey Activate : answer Deactivate Activate : answer Deactivate Activate : answer Delete Go to Data integrity: see old_response, submit Expected result Action done Actual result Throw a CDB exception: old_questions didn't exist (and Go to Data integrity: see old_response and old_questins)
