I'm reopening ticket 19257 as the demo currently doesn't work, same symptoms.

get 401: Unauthorized Wrong credentials for LimeSurvey administration. as https://demo.limesurvey.org/index.php?r=admin/authentication/sa/login

Someone activated 2FA. I added now deactivation of 2FA & audit plugin and clearing of related tables to the wipe command, that happens every few hours.
