I closed this one, since it is not an issue in the application, it has something to do with the Chrome add-ons.
@BHogge can you try to disable add-ons and see if this helps?

Thanks for the quick response, my issue is mighty similar to case 19193, that you referenced.

I went into Chrome > Extensions > Manage Extensions. I toggled off the Google Docs Offline extension, as it was the only active extension. That didn't help. same "error".

I would also challenge your assertion that this isn't a problem with the app.

This app is designed to create surveys, that may be cast out to a wide audience, often using their personal computer. Now we may have to instruct them to disable the chrome extensions, To me a tool, that is meant for a wide audience should work with common/popular browsers as they stand.

@DenisChenu can you please look into this, because a couple of people tried to reproduce this issue and couldn't manage?

Without being able to reproduce it, it is impossible to debug and fix it.

@BHogge : can you update to 5.6.42 ?
Can you send your lss file too and if you use an adapted theme : try with Vanilla.

Can you check with another browser or incognito mode with extensions disabled? Just to check if it's same behavior as the other report or different behavior.

We updated to LS v6.3.1+231023, and we're not having any additional issues with the uploads.
