Summary18956: Participants List: Action dropdown menu not usable if less than 8 entries are listed
Description

When working with closed surveys and participant lists, the individual actions per participant are unreachable if less than eight participant lines are shown because the dropdown menue is not on top, but behind the bottom of the dynamic scrollable area.

Steps to reproduce

Set up a list of participants, display full list or participants. Either have <8 participants or set a filter that returns e.g. only one line, then click on the (...) action button of this line.

Expected result

Dropdown menue fully visible, all items selectable.

Actual result

Dropdown menue is hidden behind the bottom of the dynamic area which displays the participants. All items below the 3rd entry in this menue are not reachable.
