While navigating the user management page, we're getting some "null" values on the bottom:

Also, we can't manage the specified user after changing to a different page on the user listing, the button simply doesn't work at all and getting this message on the console:

I got the same problem in Limesurvey "6.1.5-230626".
Navigating through the survey list or user management spawns "null" values at the bottom and breaks button functionality as described by mferraz.
A workaround for the user management is changing the number of displayed rows to a value where all users fit on a single page and hit refresh.

However, this bug caused me to downgrade to "6.1.4-230620".
Here, the null values only spawn in the survey list (user management is perfect) but don't affect the functionality of the buttons.
