Description

I got the following message when trying to add a new topic.

I tried with 2 different browsers and 3 different computers.
And the computers are not in the same places (that of my office, that of my home)

Always the same message.

Is it linked to my account?

I added a file (screenshot) but I don't see it, after adding the note.
Do you see the screenshots?
Because if I create new bugs and I can't know if you see the files, it will be complicated.

I risk putting the file several times.
