In multilanguage surveys the basic and detailed admin emails notification are sent in the base language when the participants choose the secondary language

From what I could test, in LTS it was sent in the language of the response.

Got lost in master. That has to do with the changes made in the email library.
Previously, the frontend helper would get the text from $thissurvey and send the mail.
Now frontend helper tells the mailer what type of mail to send, but not which language to use.
