Importing a lsa survey in remote control with new name doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

importing a lsa via remotecontrol with sNewSurveyName param doesn't make effect

Expected result

A new survey is created with the name in the sNewSurveyName

Actual result

A new survey is created with the name in the lsa file
