Summary17520: Autocreate LDAP users without bind dn
Description

The AuthLDAP plugin only allows the automatic creation of new users if "Search and link" is configured. "Simple bind" should be sufficient to create a new user, since a new user should be able to query his/her own e-mail address etc. from the LDAP.
