Summary17154: cannot edit Answer Options on active surveys
Description

I am unable to edit, add, delete, or replace answer options on List-type questions on currently active surveys. I can go through steps to change the answer options, but they will not save. It looks like they are being changed, but reloading or previewing the question reverts back to the original options. I have no problems changing answer options on inactive surveys.

Version 4.4.11+210301
Windows server, MS SQL backend

Steps To Reproduce

Create survey with List (radio) question.
Activate survey.
Attempt to change Answer Options.
Preview question after saving changes.

Olle: Also test with subquestions (array type)

Additional Information

Testing Steps:

  1. Create a survey with 1 question group and 1 List (radio) question. Add answer options.
  2. Activate survey.
  3. Execute survey. Answer options originally added should be displayed.
  4. Change answer options and save.
  5. Execute survey again.

Expected Results: New/changed answer options should be displayed.
