Summary16342: Wrong results obtained when exporting the answer statistics to PDF
Description

For a question of the type "Array (F)" the statistics show the individual subquestions. Each individual statistic can be downloaded as a PDF file ("Export this question to PDF"). However, all these PDF files show the same result, namely that of the first sub-question.

To see the error, proceed as follows:
-> Responses -> Responses & statistics -> Statistics
Select all questions.
-> View statistics
Click on the "Export this question to PDF." icons.
You will always get the same PDF file (in the example the one for "Summary for F0001(SQ001)[Paris] ").

Details Diff
Fixed issue 16342: Exporting a subquestion's statistics to PDF always exported the first subquestion
Dev Subquestion tables share the parent question id, so the PDF export button now uses its enclosing table instead of an id lookup
