Summary15864: When deleting a question at LS 4 the system switches to the "Settings" menu
Description

When deleting a question the system switches to the "Settings" menu which is a little annoying since you were usually just working with the "Structure" menu. At LS 3.x the system stays at the "Structure" menu when deleting a question.

Steps To Reproduce

Delete a question at any test survey

The 'delete' method now supports the 'redirectTo' parameter: to question list or group overview. Depending on that, the sidebar is set as well

Tested the issue before pulling the PR, Issue exist. Tested the issue after pulling the PR, below are my findings:
Screenshot 1:Before PR, On clicking on Ok from Confirmation pop up, screen is navigated to Questions list and also to Settings tab
Screenshot 2:After PR, On clicking on Ok from Confirmation pop up, screen is navigated to Questions Group and also to Structure tab
Please refer the attachment for more details, working as expected
