Summary13831: Export of survey-structure (*.lss - Files) is not possible in LS 3.13.0
Description

after selecting the survey-structure-export - menu it is possible to select any export format and create export file.
Just if you select the first item "survey structure (*.lss)", nothing happens after clicking the item and then the export-button.
Export of survey is not possible in LS 3.13.0.

I tried it with Firefox using OSX, Windows 10, Windows 7 and LInuxMint.
And I tried it with our hosted Server-Installation (provider: DomainFactory) and with local installations.

can you try to clean your asset cache?
(in configuration -> global settings -> General -> Clear Now)

I cleaned my asset cache - but no effect.
Thanks for your last note! Do you need a short videoclip, that shows the problem or is this not necessary because you did detect the problem?

Not yet, only hotfix was applied to Lime Service.

Since the data is written into a json document, double quotes will always destroy execution.
Only way to provide this is to apply a new filter for the gT that replaces double quotes by single quotes.
