Summary	13699: After latest update, editing questions results in an error
Description	After the latest comfort update to 3.7.3 Editing questions text on a live survey produced the error: Internal Server Error Property "SurveyDynamic.refurl" is not defined. This has also been noticed by other users: https://www.limesurvey.org/forum/installation-a-update-issues/115284-error-after-updating-limesurvey-to-latest-version
Steps To Reproduce	Go in to edit a question on a live survey, add some text to the question, press save, the error appears as the page loads.
