Description

Error shown on Survey listing (debug=2)
With debug at 2 : an error is shown at survey listing

Steps To Reproduce

Set debug to 2, look at home / survey listing

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/sondages.pro/htdocs/limesurvey_GIT/LimeSurvey/application/models/TemplateConfiguration.php on line 197

Home page , 404 etc … : no survey.
And tested before this fix : language is badly set too. And rtl are not loaded.

We surely must set the language in the controller before call Template …
