Summary11651: Multiple question exportation to SPSS
Description

The data of uncompleted multiple questions exported in CSV/Excel format have "empty" (or NA with 1/2 conversion of Y) as the value. When exporting SPSS, these questions have the value "0" (unchecked). It should rather be "empty" (question not answered).
