Summary11332: Running statistics crashes
Description

In 16_06_02 clicking on "Statistics" from the responses screen crashes.

Steps To Reproduce

Visit a live survey. Click on "Responses", then "Responses/Statistics".

Choose the Statistics option in the menu.

Script crashes with following message:

Internal Server Error
AdminController and its behaviors do not have a method or closure named "registerScriptFile".

An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.
