Description	There are a "You can use shift + mouse wheel to scroll horizontally. " string at top of "browse response" screen. Tetsing it with forefox : don't work : come bak to "reponses index"
Steps To Reproduce	Us "shift + mous wheel" on browse response screen (clicking on table, on a search etc ...) . Use shift+mouse wheel
