Summary	09428: Unable to set relevance for attachments in email template
Description	There are a 'relevance' setting in attachments : but we are unable to udate it, stay at 1 every time.
Steps To Reproduce	Add an attachment to a email, click on 1 under relevance, put 0 and click apply. Nothing happen, close : relevance still 1.
