Summary07098: DropDown of UserGroups show multiple times the same UserGroups
Description

The DropDown list of UserGroups in UserGroups Menu contain multiple entries per user group.

Steps To Reproduce

click on menu user group
select drop down of user groups and look at the list

Additional Information

When I add a user to the user group, next time I click on the drop down it contains one additional entry of the same user group.

I guess there is an SQL statement that has a selection on a table where the user and user groups relation is involved.
