Summary05758: $modrewrite not working consistently
Description

The $modrewrite setting doesn't always produce or recognize short urls

Steps To Reproduce

set $modrewrite=1 in config.php, rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess.
Sending an invitation with a token produces the correct url, but doesn't load the page. The survey menu on the survey listing page produces a url with the &sid=nnnnn, which works, but isn't a short url.

Thank you. However it looks like your server is not configured properly. It must allow that rewriting is enabled by .htaccess. This works here just fine.

Regarding the 2n problem:
The URLs of the survey index page are not shortened but that's rather low priority.
