Summary04163: Build 8406 -> 8429 ComfortUpdate fail due to new locate
Description

I've successfully updated LimeSurvey 2 times with ComfortUpdate. However, now the update package contains a new language file (and corresponding folder) and when ComfortUpdate tries to create the necessary folders/files for it (eg. locate/ms folder), it fails and therefore stops at Step2 (see attached screenshot).

If i manually create the 'ms' folder before the update process and restart ComfortUpdate, it will have a different warning message (something "how strange that you already have a folder that should not be there ...").

I could create all the necessary files and folders instead of ComfortUpdate until it succeed, but it is not expected to work that way.

Additional Information

The read/write attributes on LimeSurvey folders on the server were not changed since its installation.
