Summary03978: HTML error global settings (part email)
Description

I get the HTML warning "Missing <li>" when I choose the
Global Settings page. It works fine.

in admin/globalsettings is the line 286 (after smtp debug)
. "\t\t</select></li><br />\n"

The "<br />" must be removed because it breakes the sequence,
after a </li> can there be only <li> of </ul>
