Summary03750: Security question doesn't work
Description

I tried to save a response (Zwischenspeichern) and I correctly filled all fields.
Although I correctly answered the captcha-question (adding two numbers together) my response wasn't saved, because I got the notice, that my security question wasn't answered correctly.
