Summary20838: Classic editor, Stop this survey: warning 'All participant information will be lost' is wrong - the participant list is archived
Description

On the classic editor's stop page (application/views/surveyAdministration/stopSurvey_view.php, line 80), the Deactivate survey option warns:

'All participant information will be lost.'

This is not what happens. SurveyDeactivate::archiveToken() archives the participant list (tokens table) together with the responses and timings, and it can be restored after reactivation under Survey participants > Restore options.

The warning scares users into not deactivating, or makes them think they must export participants first.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Classic editor: activate a survey with a participant list.
  2. Click Stop this survey.
  3. The Deactivate survey column says 'All participant information will be lost.'
  4. Deactivate, reactivate, open Survey participants: the archived participant list can be restored.
Additional Information

Suggested text: 'The participant list is archived. You can restore it after you activate the survey again.' Found while updating the manual page Closing a survey.
