Summary20800: Timestamps stay at 1980-XX if the survey is anonymous even if I explicitly chose to save timestamps at activation
Description

We updated our instance from the last 6X to 7.7 and we have this bug :

  • if I chose to save timestamp but select "yes" to anonymous answers, the timestamps (startdate and datestamp) will stay at default value (1980...)
  • if I chose to save timestamp and select "no" to anonymous answers, the timestamps will be saved correctly

I only tried with public access, didn't test with restricted mode

  • create a survey
  • activate it with "anonymous responses : yes" and "save timestamps : yes"

Expected result

  • get 2026-10-XX timestamp in response table

Actual result

  • get 1980-XX timestamp in response table
