Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. Activate a survey.
  2. Attempt to duplicate a question group (see screenshot below).
  3. Observe the object creation error thrown (see screenshot below).

Expected result

a) The question group duplication button is deactive if the survey is active.
b) The question group duplication is prevented before an object creation error is thrown.

Actual result

An object creation error is thrown on question group duplication.
