Summary20681: Inconsistent survey's date formats in admin dashboard view
Description

Admin dashboard view lists surveys in a table. You can add-remove columns from the table.
Column "Created" and "Modified" display dates into two different styles ( slashes and dots).

Dates should be displayed in a consistent way, accordingly admin's locale language. I don't know which language displays dots as separator for dates.

Italian: dd/mm/yyyy
Japanese: mm/dd/yyyy

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install LS 7.0.13
  2. create a few surveys
  3. see them in the page /index.php/dashboard/view
  4. add column "Modified"
  5. see dates separators are different
  6. change locale to japanese
  7. see: dd/mm/yyyy is still the same, not consistent with local language

Expected result

All dates should be displayed as expected in the local language chosen

Actual result

nothing changes.
