I write a invitation email using the html inline editor (CKEditor).
With a greeting like:
Vážení kolegové,

The email is escaped twice.
HTML Part:

V=E1žen=ED kolegov=E9,

Plain text part also contains the html entity:
Vážení kolegové,

if i do not use the HTML editor or send only plain text it works fine.
I belive the CKEditor is escaping and then limesurvey is escaping a second time but I did not find it in the code.
